What are some Over the Counter Medicines for High Blood Pressure?
My husband has high blood pressure and refuses to go to the doctor. So I am doing some research on how we can try to control it. I know to change his diet and exercise. However, I was reading that you can get some OTC diuretics and calcium channel blockers. Does anyone know some good brands that I can buy or any tips for me. I know everyone is going to say he needs to go to the doctor but he totally refuses to go.

Aside from diet (including salt restrictions) and exercise, there are some herbs that are very beneficial for Blood Pressure. The most popular ones are Fish Oil, Hawthorn Berries, L-Arginine, Resveratrol (which is in Red Wine), C12 Peptides (from milk protein casein), Bonito Peptides, and Garlic.
Good luck to you both and I hope I helped!

My Mother’s Father- dies at 62
My Mother- still alive at 79
Difference: He had no meds available to treat things like blood pressure
Conclusion: tell your husband to get treated for BP and stop fooling around

Eventually, it will kill him. High blood pressure causes damage every minute that it is untreated.
This isn’t something to ignore or hope it will go away. It’s not something to treat with herbs.
If he’s afraid he won’t get a woody any more, there are different drugs they can use. They will be able to find one that is compatible.
