What are some Hair growing Tips? 10 pts Best Answer?
What are some good hair tips on how to grow hair fast? A half inch a month in a year. I want my hair at least 5 inches longer by December 2010. What common foods? Salmon, dark greens, etc and Hair management tips, like hair styles, etc, and hair products do you recommend? Include certain vitamins I should take too, to promote long healthy fast growing hair. Thanks :)

vitamin e.
after u wash ur hair normally everynight, when ur hair is still wet, get a E capsule pop it in ur hands and out through ur hair. it also tames frizzies. i know this works because i use it.
avoid hair straighteners and dyes.
massage ur head every night.
tip ur head upside down every day for 30 seconds.
excercise and healthy eating.
drink lots of water.
trim ur hair every 6 – 10 weeks to get rid of dead ends because they only make it grow slower.
hope this helps. i got my hair cut short and i hated it and i found all these things out and tried them and my hair has grown soooo fast in the past 6 mths.
xxoxo

You can’t really make it grow faster. That’s what everyone will tell you. But you can make it healthier and stronger so it doesn’t all fall out. Take vitamin b12 supplements, limit straightening, curling, blow drying etc, do a weekly deep conditioning treatment, don’t wear tight hair styles, and eat a generally healthier diet. It’ll make your skin and overall health better too.

tips on growing longer, stronger hair:
-don’t dye your hair too much, it weakens it and damges it.
-try no to straighten or blow dry it everyday, heat is very bad and can stunt growth.
-don’t wash your hair everyday, sounds gross but the natural grease found in your hair helps to nourish it and in result it grows.
-prenatal vitamins are one of the best vitamins a woman can take, even when not TTC. They are very beneficial to your hair and nails, promoting them to grow and remain strong.
-last but not least, reguarly trim your hair at least every 3 months. When dead ends form it actually prevents your hair from being it’s best, when you trim it and keep it maintained your hair is less likely to split and damage.
