What are some good vitamins to add to my daily assortment?


I currently take a "one a day" along with
Vitamin B-12
Vitamin E
Glucosamine

Is there anything else I should add?
Any advise would be appreciated.

  1. C is good. It helps other vitamins absorb into your system. Q10 is good as it helps to activate the other vitamins and is anticarcinogenic (fights cancer cells). Magnesium is good for your muscles (prevents cramping), but also prevents diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Zinc is awesome for your hair, nails, and skin and is awesome for your immune system. Olive leaf extract (the liquid is best), is potent in antioxidants and really gives you immune system a massive boost. It worked better than 3 courses of antibiotics for my bros throat infection. Keep your diet good to with lean meats & fish, nuts and seeds, lots of greens and grains. Also, most vitamins need to be taken with food to aid absorbtion into the body.
