what are some drugs or other ways to cause your blood pressure to go down immediately?
I am going to have my blood pressure checked as part of a job hiring procedure, and If it is too high I might not get hired. What are some drugs or methods of making my blood pressure go down just for one day?

As far as over the counter, aspirin may help. The big factor should be when it is taken, be sure to be completely relaxed and not stressed (worrying about your BP check will raise your BP) take it seated, legs uncrossed. Your BP is what it is, theres not a whole lot you can do.
