What are medical reasons for having low Blood Pressure?

I have never had any problems with my Blood Pressure through out my life, and I'm 56.

I'm so tired all the time and my readings I do at home and store Pharmacies register on the average of 108/55 down to 95/54.

What is medically causing this and to top it off I'm Smoker!

  1. You should go and see a real doctor. The cuffs at home and at the pharmacy are not as good as an actual person taking your blood pressure.

  2. You are probably dehydrated that can cause low blood pressure. Start drinking liquids preferably water.

  3. Your pressure is really low also. Check out Web MD and ask your question there. You’ll probably find out a lot. Sounds like heart failure to me.
