First u need to eat less food than u burn then excersise. Suppliments that could help r COQ 10 and a multiple vitamin. A B complex. There is a prodoct called Chitosan that prevents fat being absorbed from your diet.it doesn’t keep cheese burgers off your hips but it helps. The best thing to do is google healthy meals n only use suppliments as an add on

But no vitamins will make you lose weight (and you have to be careful: some vitamins are toxic in large doses, so talk to a doctor or registered dietician).
