What are good vitamins for hair, nails, and skin?


I'm 17 years old.
Mostly vitamins for hair growth, nail growth & glowing skin.
I hear a lot about Women's One-A-Day/Multivitamins or Teens One-A-Day
But i wanted more opinions on what works best out there.

  1. Nothing beats a well balanced diet.

    Be aware that there is research that multivitamins can increase your risk of breast cancer.

  2. all of them -stop eating junk food & eat only healthy balanced meals. your nails & hair are dead skin cells. find a good hairdresser who can help keep your hair healthy with a good cut every6-8 weeks. for skin care, see your dermatologist.

  3. Actually, eating jello is good for hair, nails, and skin. I recommend sugar free and eat as much of it as you like. Also, you have to eat fats. Going on a low fat diet will make your nails and hair weaker and may cause your skin to dry out and lose elasticity.
