What are good natural ways into lowering your cholesterol and high blood pressure?

Don’t stress yourself out. Make sure to take it easy with the exercising and start slow.
Avoid egg yolks and salty foods. Eat less meat and more fruits, veggies and breads. (Meat tends to have a lot more cardiac related problems + a lot of processed meats add a ton of salt to your diet. Red meats have a lot of added cholesterol that you don’t want.) If you do have meat, make sure it’s poultry or fish.
Most importantly, if you don’t see results right away, don’t stress yourself out. High blood pressure and cholesterol change as much as the weather does. So always stay calm. I would recommend going to your doctor if you still have questions, they might be able to refer you to a nutritionist or just give you some overall tips on how to keep it low, depending on how bad the problem is.

You have to get your doctor to send you to a nutritionist so he/she could set you up with a diet specifically for you. It would also be a good idea to begin a supplement regimen, and to begin Omega 3, Red Rice Yeast and Niacin are excellent for LDL cholesterol and triglycerides reduction. When you use oils for cooking only use extra virgin olive oil or canola oil. reduce you consumption of red meats and eat more chicken without the skin and fish and cut back on breads of any kind
The rest will be set up by you nutritionist.
