What are good foods to eat to lower Blood Pressure?

I have a physical for my Life Insurance. I don't smoke, I am not over weight, I am not a drinker but my blood pressure is always high, so what can I eat starting now that can help it be at a normal level for my appointment at the end of the month!!!
What kind of diet???

  1. Foods that are suppose to be good for your blood pressure is apples, broccoli, avocados, fish, grapes, and bananas. Just don’t eat foods that are high in salt, saturated fats, hydrogenated oils or food that is made with vegetable oil.
