What are good daily vitamins to take?


I am a seventeen year old girl and am a dancer and play basketball so i am pretty active and just wanted to know some good daily vitamins to take to stay as healthy as i can be.

  1. By eating healthy, you should not have to worry about taking vitamins. BUT, taking them helps your body to get them and any of them it doesn’t need will just be peed or pooped out.

    I take:

    Multivitamin
    B-Complex
    Vitamin C
    Calcium with D
    Bone Health
    Women’s specialized vitamin (get at GNC)

    I also add wheat germ and whey protein to my meals as well.

    I have anemia, so I take extra iron as well, but iron tablets from the doctor make me constipated and nauseous so I take a children’s flinstone vitamin and eat lots of spinach and green veggies.
