What are each of these vitamins best for?


B12
B6
flaxseed oil
triple omega (safflower &olive oils, fish&flaxseed)
fish oil with omega 3
vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
folic acid
calcium
B complex
Biotin

These are all the vitamins I saw at the store and I don't know which ones I should get.
I don't drink milk, but I do have yogurt & cheese pretty often. I am pretty regular with fruits and veggies but I could definitely be better. I eat a decent amount of meat. I don't know I am generally healthy, so what vitamins are best to take? I don't ever have fish. i don't really like it. Umm... i do get acne, so i think i might need more vitamin C. So yeah idk what is best to take? Is it bad to take too many vitamins?

    theres the benefits of vitamins
    however i found that zinc helps clear up acne by regulating the oil in your skin and prevents colds when you take it as you feel a cold coming but don’t take it too often because your body will become dependent on it and if you go off it you’ll get more colds easier
    why not just take a multivitamin supplement?
