What are best vitamins to promote hair growth?

I got my hair cut and it came out way too short so Im trying to grow it out. I know theres no miracle way to make it grow fast but from what Ive read there are some vitamins out there you can take to help it.

I dont normally take vitamins so Im asking what are the best ones out there? (Im hoping to be able to just use a multivitamin but then which one?)

  1. Biotin promotes hair growth.

  2. The best I’ve tried is Hair Formula 37. It really works great. It’s a lot of pills though, 10 per day. Nothing I’ve tried is as good. It will grow your hair much faster. Viviscal is also good and only 2 pills per day, but not as good as Hair Formula 37. Hairtopia looks very good to me but I haven’t tried it. If you only want to go with what you can find at Target/Walgreens/GNC type places (not online) then this is the way to go. Get any old generic one-a-day multivitamin and take one a day. Also get 5,000mcg of biotin and take it once a day with food. Get a small zinc supplement too and take it with food. The multivitamin is because you need it whether you’re trying to grow hair or not. The biotin will help your hair grow faster but it may cause pimples in some people. The zinc will improve your skin and prevent most of the pimples the biotin might cause.

  3. There are certain vitamins that help promote the growth of hair in the body. Changing to a healthier diet is vital not only for hair growth but also for the general well being of your body.

Some of the most important include:

    - Essential Fatty Acids

    - The B Vitamins

    - Antioxidants

    - Sulfur

    - Zinc

But vitamins and diet are only one part of it, you should also consider adding excercise and hair loss products into your hair growth solution.

There’s more detail regarding the vitamins and the hair growth stategy in the source link below:
