  1. I love your healthy outlook. I suffered from anorexia for years, and I completely know about the weighing cycle… I haven’t weighed myself since I recovered. I like just looking in the mirror and viewing! It’s great. You’re awesome, Anna x

  2. I think another great tip is to not care so much about what size of the clothing you buy. I fail at this sometimes, but really we are going to be different sizes in different clothing shops and styles. I used to obsess because I wanted to sqeeze into the smallest size I could, but I hated wearing those clothes because they were uncomfortable. Now, I don’t even look at the size, I just try it on and go from there and it looks SO much better and I am happier. Thanks for the video!!

  3. Very postive message here, well done

  4. thank you for the postive tips.
    amazing video!

  5. some ppl are born slim, so lucky

  6. you need to weigh yourself to work out your healthy BMI no??? confusing

  7. DETOX with ALOE Drinks…FLPLUX(dot)COM

  9. You sound like you have sores in your mouth. I’m not joking/being mean either.

  10. BMI is not a good measurement for health. Measurements are actually prefered.

The BMI system would make Arnold schwarzenegger obeese, whilst his measurements would give away that he store his weight on his chest, not around his midsection etc.

  11. @mademoiselletoffee i know, i wish i was one of them

  12. your advice is really good. it’s exactly what took me a few years to realize. i was unhappy when i was obsessed with my weight. i was unhealthy, i had an eating disorder and had no self esteem. my boyfriend helped me to embrace who i am and made me realise that i am beautiful, even if i’m not a size small. now i am a happy medium and i think i look beutiful. i have some hard days when i feel fat and ugly, but i just have to work it through. i just have to say thank god for my boyfriend :)

  13. Haha you’re really cute :3 This is some really good advice too, thanks so much!
Also, do you do a make-up tutorial? I love how you’re eyes look here!

  14. OMG! Thanks for the tip on using
Measuring tape ! IT so much easy on me
    than weighing myself !

  15. @cseralph2222
As long as you have no health problems, the chance that your bmi is fine is quite big i think. Your bmi is a device for doctors to see if any health problems are caused by your weight, not the other way around.

  17. Nicely said

  18. Are you from Dublin or america? Im from dublin and you sound american?

  20. You can get decaffeinated green tea. Or try Red Bush tea, its more like regular tea, you can add milk and it tastes similar but has no caffiene in it :)

  21. Do count calories and fat. its really simple. eat the same calories as you use = about 1500 to 1800KCal a day. eat 5 fruit and veg. Exercise 5 times a week for 30 minutes or more that rises you heart rate. Measuring is a good tip. If you want to lose weight drop your calories to 1300KCal. If you can’t lose weight you are eating too much and not exercising.

  22. @mademoiselletoffee no – all people are born the same. you just choose to stuff your face or not. Look at war time prison camps. nobody was walking out different sizes – everybody was thin. Its a complete myth that some people are naturally fat and others are thin. Fat people eat more, exercise less and take no control over their weight. Take it form some one who has lost 4 stone and kept it off with good diet and exercise – fatness is not genetic.

  23. she can say this though because she is thin. it’s so different when you’re chunky

  24. want to get thin, stop watching videos like this and get off yo fat ass and get some exercise
call me crazy but it works :)

  25. @mademoiselletoffee Actually if you followed her vid, you would know that she hit puberty early and was a little heavier for a few years and later in her teens. But she began eating healthy, and look at her now. Same thing happened with me, I was a little heavier throughout my teens, and I thought I just wasn’t ‘born slim’, but now I eat healthy and I’m the size I want. I hate when my mother complains about being fat when she sees weightloss commercials and says they just have ‘good genes’.
