weight loss vitamins?
I have been exercising alot with it being softball season and then on my own and eating a little healther. but it is hard for me to loss weight becuase i would just like to lose twenty pounds or so. i was wondering what a good weight loss vitamin would be good to use. i would like to lose enough weight for summer, so i will look good in a bathing suit. what vitamin or medication should i get???

Stay away from dairy products, flour products sugar, meat,and cheese. These products are hard to digest. Eat Prunes, grapes, and lots of watermelon which are loaded with digestive enzymes. Get on the small trampoline it will exercise every single cell in your body through G-force. If you have to eat less try a watermelon fast and you never get hungry, it fills you up and it cleans you up.

Hi, I tried this new diet supplement from http://pudeks.easynutritiondiet.info. They have a risk free trial on at the moment. What it does, is clean out your pipes, there will be as much as 20 lbs in there, and no amount of diet and exercise is about to get rid of it. Give it a go – I did, and lost 17 lbs LOL!!!

What you can do is get yourself one of the Acai products. Regardless of what people say, you will find them very useful and they do work. You should be able to reach your weight loss goal before summer in no-time.
