  2. I enjoy your videos and I agree with Patricia your BMR is definitely not 300 its probabaly around 1300 cals with no exercise and of course with exercise that number increases.

  5. you talk a lot of what you do today.. can you talk some of how it was when you first started? Motivation say be day. did you skip days, get a personal trainer, etc..

  6. What you said about burning off calories was somewhat true. But you really don’t need to compare what you burned off to what you eat daily. There are a certain amount of calories you need daily for your body to function healthily. What people struggle with is going over their recommended calorie intake. If any of you are just go on google and ask what you should be getting daily. It ranges for age, gender, and weight. So stick to close to around your recommended intake daily and keep exercising!

  10. you are so right about the excess skin. i lost weight very fast i started taking diet pills i got scared because my doctor told me i had high cholesterol. i started in january and by may i had lost 60 pounds i did cardio everyday i also did what i thought was weight training for toning. i do have loose skin in a way on my thighs and arms but this is all after pregnancy. i dont know man im discouraged.
