Weight Loss? PLEASE HELP!!!?
Me and my friend are trying to lose weight. My goal is small. I weigh 124 and want to be like 105-110. It depends hwo I look at that weight. But hers is much larger. She like 150 ish and wants to be 95-11. Shes very short=]
What excersies should she do to lose the 50-55 punds by September? We want to come back and people be like, wow they look amazing! =] LOL! I know eight punds a week is alot but shes taking vitamins so he rhealth will be fine. We are running 3 miles a day. Waklking one. And doing a combination of Plyometric workouts. Will this be enough for 50 pounds combined with a low 1,000-1,500 calorie diet?! We need results so don't try 2 persuade us. its the only way she'll feel comfindent this school year!

omg… 55lbs by september? I can assure you that that will not happen. Make sure this girl doesn’t do anything dangerous to try losing this much weight like throwing up or starving herself. Many have died trying to do things like that. There are good ways to lose weight like cutting out bread and red meat. Tell her to fill up on vegies and fruit and baked chicken or fish. Tell her to increase her heart rate for 30-45 minutes three to four times per week. Let her push herself, but don’t let her hurt herself!
