  12. I loved this post! Part of my journey requires motivational blogs, videos, and post and THIS WAS MY motivational video for the day! Thank you for reminding me to STOP looking at outside sources and listen from WITHIN. It sounds like common sense, but we tend to forget how powerful we are INSIDE. It’s easy to get caught up in everyone else around us running their mouths and not listening from WITHIN. Thank you for the reminder……I’m off to check out your website! :)

I had the problems with weight but the thing that helped me was the diet plan recommended from my friend..you can find it on burnthatfatnow.info 6 month ago I have lost all my extra pounds and have no problem in maintaining weight any more…try it definitely, also many useful information there ;)) kiss

    It is not only the quality, but also the quantity of the food that we eat… I followed your tip, and started eating HEALTHY food, but I only observed a minor change… You should add to your advice: NEVER EAT YOUR SUPPER…!

  19. This is great advice and similar to what I would have said. My inspiration was raw organic veganism. No, I’m not a 100% raw vegan but the belief that eating more fresh veg and fruit could improve my health was all the motivation I needed – and the weightloss just happened naturally. Believing in the evil of processed foods and the goodness of fresh food (esp the veg) is powerful motivation to walk past mcdonalds and the cookie shop that works for me every day.

  20. @GuitarNek i lost a lot of weight while continuing to eat dinner and before I broke the snacking habit – how? I was eating raw veg and fruit. I also never counted calories.
