weight loss: How quick should it come off?

I have made changes in my eating habits and was wondering how fast I should see the weight come off. I am 38 year old female. I have cut out pop/soda all together. I am not eating past 7:30 p.m. and watching what I eat. I am a very busy woman and eat on the go a lot. So I am trying not to eat fast food at all. If I do I try to make it a healthy choice. I also take Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism and a B complex vitamin.

  1. by reading what u said

dont expect to see any changes this month

  2. You should see quite a bit of change and quickly, but this may depend on your weight. If you’re not overweight, but can afford to lose a few pounds, it will come off at no more than 3 pounds the first week, but if you are quite a bit overweight, the first week or two should see about 4 or 5 pounds off, and then it will slow down to about 3, and then eventually 2.

  3. It’s hard to say. I don’t know your height, weight, and approximately how many calories you eat a day. This is crucial information.

  4. The recommended amount of weight to lose a week is 1-2 pounds but you may lose more depending on how much you weigh.
