most nutritionists dont apply their words to their daily lives. same with doctors. none of them diet, or exercise. they push pills. its about money, not prevention.
if you want to be healthy, dont eat meat grown with hormones. dont eat in excess, and exercise daily. pretty simple.

@breakingthisdown 1/3 of Americans are obese. Just because he’s not as overweight as most people you see at the mall doesn’t mean he couldn’t benefit from following some of his own advice.

@breakingthisdown : Funny how many people develop “big bones” after years of overeating and packing on the weight. And yes, this guy is overweight.
