Weight loss help/tips (:?
Alrighty so I am 18 5'3" female and I weigh about 170-180 lbs (not entirely sure what it is exactly, I stay away from scales seeing how they tend to make me depressed lol)
Well my goal is to lose fifty pounds. What is a reasonable time frame to do this in?
How many pounds a week should I aim to lose?
A month?
What kind of exercises should I do?
I have Wii Fit and Wii Fit plus, so if you have any tips for workouts on there I would gladly listen and take them into highest consideration.
How often should I work out for?
How many times a week?
I am not the kind of person to diet, but I do not eat a lot.
I think the weight gain is a mixture of stress/anxiety/ and not being as active as I used to be.
(Had some personal issues at home and anxiety/stress with trying to graduate high school so they seemed to contribute to the weight gain a lot)
Also, I have been told to look into vitamins to help boost my metabolism.
What can I take to do this (no diet pills)?
And, can you recommend anything like Mega-T Green Tea? I have heard a lot of good things about it, but I am concerned of anything that could possibly be negative about if I stop using it, etc.
This is a very detailed question and I hope that I get a lot of answers. I will take every answer into high consideration. Please try to answer all of my questions because I am very interested in other people's tips and help. Motivational tips to keep me from giving up after 2 weeks is helpful as well.
Thankk you so much to everyone who answers. (: 5 points hands down best answer.
Unconditional, thank you for your input and actually taking the time to answer my question. I am hoping that I can get some more, detailed answers (I do not have access to a pool so swimming is kind of an out way of exercising) but obviously, since that other person wasn't as helpful as I would have hoped, you are first in line since you're the only other answer lol. (: Anyone else, please give me some tips because I would like to lose some weight to surprise my husband before I move out to California to live with him.

Ok, as I’m only 15, I can’t answer questions about pills or green tea, but i know a thing or two about exercise and healthy eating.
I weighed 132 lbs, now I weigh 121 lbs. I lost this in about a month, but aat first, i just watched what i ate. I did not cut out chocolate because i love it too much, but I made sure i ate lots of healthy food. Fish and salad was a staple. I started calorie counting and ate between 800-1400 calories a day and lost a one or two pounds. But the weight dropped off when I started swimming a week ago. I swam 2 hours, on saturday and sunday, the an hour and a half on wednesday just doing breatstroke, and i made sure i ate healthily, then I checked the scales and i dropped 8 pounds, it was soo awesome. I love swimming and its more relaxing and peaceful than running, and doesn’t hurt your joints. And i burn 520 calories an hour doing breaststroke (based on height and weight)
I also take a multi-vitamin that i bought from tesco’s to make sure i get the stuff I need.
I hope I helped
