weight loss help question


I have been eating 800 calories a day from fruit and vegetables. I eat skinless chicken breast at night, but I vomit that up, so I don't count the calories from that. I do 45 minutes on the elepticl every day. I am 5'7". How many pounds a week can I expect to lose? I was losing 2lbs week, but I want to lose more. Thats why I throw up the chicken or salmon because thats where most of my calories were comeing from. Should I start taking some type of vitamin?
I think throwing up the meat is the way to go. I eat tons of veggies and fruit during the day, so I'm full. Then when I crave the meat I can sastify the craving, but not have to count the calories.

  1. Okay, first off with how much you’re exercising you should be eating about 1200 calories a day. If you eat less your body begins to store the fat and you wont loose anything (I’m a recovering anorexic, so I know from experience). Second, I cut the most weight by going on the atkins diet. I lost about twenty pounds in two months. And on your exercises, try and makes sure they’re low-impact aerobics or kick boxing. Those burn the most fat so you’ll loose the most weight. Denise Austin video’s helped me out the most.

  4. Stop throwing up! It sounds like you have an eating disorder called bulemia. You need to eat a well balanced diet. Just watch what you eat – read labels and excercise. you can eat the chicken, just eat small portions. Please get help – bulemic is so unhealthy

I think that salmon and chicken are the most healthiest protein you can eat and you need protein for a lean skinny look… ! btw if you keep throwing up you will get to a point where your body reacts naturally to throw up everything in your mouth… so stop that! I have been exercising really hard to get to my goal and with perseverence and high hopes it worked!!! I lost 20 lbs! but it took me a few months..like 2 or 3

  6. not good at all, you are starving the body of nutrients and straining the sophics muscles and u can rip stomach lining, then where will u be , u can loose more by my next comments, please get counsel for this action that u are taking, this not to sound mean just concern for your health. First of all, it is good that you want to loose and maintain your weight. especially at your age in this day and time of young adult obesity. But please do not get overwhelmed with the perfect weight and impressing people. set small goals such as 2 to 3 lbs a wk, fruit and protien, no starches, fiber is good if it isnt bleached or yeasted. carbs produce fat. smaller portions is good, dont starve your self from sinful foods. example: if u want a peice of pie or some ice cream, get a small portion like a few table spoons then stop. this will satisfy the crave and dont feel guilty,this goes back to the stress issue. and do not skip breakfast your body needs fuel for the overnight fast. also change up your meals your body will adapt to one regiment and start compensating for the lack minerals and protient that you are not getting. You set yourself up 4 failure by starving your body. If you maintain good and healthy eating habits (four to five small meals a day). drink plenty of water, this a natural way to purify the body and rid the unwanted chemicals, and daily exercises of 30 min or 1 hr 3 times a wk..water arobics is great, low impct on muscles and joints high resource for your cardio and fat burning. work the whole body one day then sections the next, biking is good. walking is good for maintaining and structure but do not just limit to the one exersice. have fun with weight loss. Also check out your BMI and body chemistry by lab work this will tell you what you lack or have to much in vitamins, enzimes, fat burning protiens surgers and what your body system can replenishes for it self and cant, and stay active, you will do yourself good.You are young and your body is still developing and changing in growth and chemistry, Stress will definitely not help your weight and will only cause problems in future, the flabby skin will tighten and can be tone with Palates. this is a great and excellent skin toning exercise and always stretch before u exercise.You sound like a individual who will use moderation in your conquest for better health, get a partner who share your work outs, and encourage you, also talk to older adults who have experience in life changing weight loss, and always consult a physician and parents.   7. Well, Going bulimic isn’t good either. Meat is a good source protein and is needed. You should talk to your parents or see a doctor for that problem of bulimia.

  8. I eat 900 a day but Im not exercising or just eating fruits and veggies. Plus I’m 4 inch shorter. I think 1200 would be easier for you, that way you have less of a chance of gaining it back. You should be losing a good 3-5 pounds a week. But eventually you will stop.
