  1. If you think youre fat, you probably are!!! Visit bit[.]ly/a7XdjP

  2. Thanks for sharing your story ; )

  3. Thanks for sharing your story ; )

  4. you don’t lose weight because you’re body is in starvation mode. fasting of any kind isn’t healthy because it forces your body to cope with the stress and find it’s own way of holding on to your health while you’re too busy dragging it through the shit and constant malnourishment. You’re not healthy. You don’t look healthy in this video. You’re not balancing a healthy diet with constructive exercise. You are doing so many things wrong that it hurts me to watch this.

  5. I feel like I’m working through something so similar! The fear of perfection is such a crazy thing to realize! Like we will have nothing to live for anymore… Anyways I am transitioning into raw foods now and appreciate your videos so much! Thanks!

  6. do most people lose weight if they already eat all raw and already don’t have hardly any body fat?…this might be your case. you eat so healthy and get enough exercise, you don’t have a lot more weight to lose….just wondering?

  7. Thank you so much Natasha- You are so transparent about your life and so right on- I know exactly what you are talking about. Thank you for being so simple and yet so truthful. You are such a sweetheart!

  8. I’m sorry but I genuinely feel that you need to follow simple logic to lose weight. Exercise more and eat less calories, proportionally. Starve diets are bad for your body, mind and spirit. Please, if you do a juice fast make sure you are still getting enough calories and staying active. This way you get the detoxing/cleansing effects, but you aren’t starving or depriving yourself emotionally or physically.

  9. “I create my reality” Love it!

  10. damn it is so true. Always wanting to self sabotage right at the cusp of reaching a goal.

  11. @leviwebb2 That is not fact, that is just the opinion of some doctors. There are many doctors that support fasting. Fasting is also something that has been practiced across the world for thousands of years as a method of healing the body. There are many books out there on fasting. If you’re so sure you are right, you shouldn’t be afraid to at least read some books on fasting to educate yourself more about this topic. I have fasted many times before and always lose a lot of weight doing so.

  12. @ceruleana1 you don’t have any idea what you’re talking about. And when something has been practiced for thousands of years, it’s culturally acknowledged as good practice, not medicinally. Female genital mutilation has been practiced in Africa asia and the middle east since before chrisitanity but I doubt your running out to get that done. It’s also ignorant of you to assume I haven’t spent countless hours researching these things before posting harsh comments on the subject.

  13. @ceruleana1 ohh my god my brain is going to explode because your comment is that stupid. your body begin taking away from your muscles before it even bothers going for fat. you feel lighter because you’re losing significant portions of muscle and water, because most of muscle is comprised of water. when in starvation mode your body has reorganize it’s priorities with what it has to work with. It’s like when you get cold and your body starts to circulation to your outer extremeties

  14. @ceruleana1 luckily your body is smarter than you are. You’re only able to survive long periods of fasting because you’re body knows how to distribute what it has. It is NOT in the way that you’d like. You lose so much more muscle than fat. I read a study just last night in relation to skin excess after weight loss that in itself mentioned exactly what I said before. Balance your bloody diet, cardio if you want, and weight training to get your body fat % down. Otherwise your an asshole.

  15. @ceruleana1 no doctor in his right mind will recommend any period of starvation to a perfectly healthy individual. What I will give you, there is a feeling of euphoria that comes with long periods of starvation, I’ve been there, in war. It’s a very spiritual experience that can last as long as your not getting what you need. Unfortunately that’s how your body helps your brain cope with the stress and pain. Just like shock is a result of traumatic injury and blood loss. It has to shut down.

  16. @ceruleana1 Like i mentioned about cultural acknowledgment, your book reading, video watching, starvation practice, clothes style, and intonation are all aspects of what you perceive to be your culture; although you were likely raised in as much of a commercial shit hole as I was. Your holier than though historically spiritual venture into weight loss isn’t changing the world, it’s only beating the hell out of your already rotten insides. Balance diet, constructive exercise, and patience.

  17. @ceruleana1 Sorry about all the spelling errors. I just woke up and overlooked proof reading.

  18. maybe you did lose some body fat/ put on some mucle and the scale didn’t tell you :)

  19. maybe you did lose some body fat/ put on some mucle and the scale didn’t tell you :)

  20. How do you get protein into your diet when you’re doing a juice feast? That’s the one thing I’m worried about is not getting enough protein going on a juice feast. Especially if I’m going to be working out which I want to do.

  21. @leviwebb2 you have a lot to learn, so we’ll cut you some slack. :)

  22. @pinkbunny2nite you only gain 5lbs of muscle a year if your actually consistently working for it. she lost water and muscle. probably not much fat.

  23. @frustratedoperator I don’t want to lie to you, I know exactly what I’m talking about. Losing weight is as simple as calories in and calories out. Don’t be stupid.

  24. @andistepoutside
The “fear of perfection”? The illusion of perfection seems more apt!
The most uncomfortable part of this video was Natasha’s analysis of her fear of perfection. The problem is not that you fear it; it is that you think it exists. You are creating a lot of angst and negative emotions if you pursue the idea that you can in fact be perfect. Even sadder, you seem to think that you would be perfect if you were thinner. Your body is not the most important thing about you.

  25. Wow…I am in a down mood right now…actually have been though so many ups and downs during the last weeks and I am asking myself why. The thought about being afraid of reaching my potential and sabotaging myself has crossed my mind before but you helped me to realize now that I really need to address this.
