  8. He’s got to be the worst diet expert on the internet!!! He’s suggesting that if I eat only 1800 calories of sweets I would still be lean and healthy? I’ve kept the calories down to what they should be but my body is no longer getting the nutrition it needs!

  11. @GwenDUff Cereal for breakfast. Protein bar at 10 am. Ham sandwich on whole wheat with mustard and pretzels for lunch. Bagel and coffee at 4:00. Dinnre is usually rice or potatoes with chicken or fish. Then I usually eat bananas and apples during the day. Weekends I cheat a bit.

  15. @GwenDUff My pleasure. Diet is important but eating LESS is more important for weight loss. Then one the weight is gone you can imporve your diet if interested but it’s not needed. Check out my BlogTalkRadio show.

  16. a better title would be “don’t eat this or that” since it’s what you don’t eat that causes weight loss

  17. just eat food with a shitload of fiber. it will fill you up with almost no calories. then just eat whatever you want, but eat less of it. I lost 2 pound over the last 2 weeks (even though that wasn’t the plan), but I did eat a calzone pizza almost every day. And I’m still getting leaner and stronger in the gym. There’s no such thing as junk food, there’s just calorie dense food

  18. food has become a game of number and its annoying…. and people use that number to justify eating , well crap…. the difference between eating 300 calories of junk food opposed to eating 1000 calories of junk food its like being both are crap.
