Are there any foods that have a chelative effect?

Thanks for educating viewers about nutrition this video is amazing. Its absolutely true that the fiber in fruits/veggies has enough bulk to make your meals satisfying. also modern food (junk) is made to be addictive, it also dulls your taste buds , making (whole) healthy foods taste bland. I’ve been free from processed and refined foods for a year now and the results are incredible. Never felt or looked this good before.

I’m a classic yo-yo dieter. I have a friend who has had two heart attacks, both times after she lost a lot of weight. The last time I lost weight, I had skipped heart beats and had to go on high blood pressure medicine. I need to lose more than 100 lbs, but doing so really scares me now. I’m afraid of putting my body into shock and causing myself more harm than good.
I’ve been noticing that simply giving up sugar causes quite a significant loss, even if I’m still eating any fats I want to.
