  3. Yea enough protein and fiber should fill you up. Have you also tried having apple cider vinegar after each meal? It suppresses your appetite.

    I am just wondering more on the veggies…. anything that’s bad?

  7. I think most veggies are probably safe….i like to stick with greens though.

  8. Yes I have…I have lost 10 pounds. I was nt a good girl this week and still getting use to the carb counts….sugar counts are not a issue ..But I love carbs LOL

  11. Baked beans are best for fibre intake, I go through 2 cans of baked beans every day on the belly fat cure and have seen incredible results. 2 tins of baked beans = 120 grams of carbohydrates, 12 grams of sugar , 34 grams of fibre !!!

  12. meal suggestion would be

    Breakfst

    2 eggs, 2 bacon, 3 quarters of a tin of beans

    Lunch

    tuna salad with half a tin of baked beans or chicken salad with half a tin of baked beans.

    Dinner

    1 egg, 1 bacon, 2 sausage, 3 quarters of a tin of baked beans.

    No bread with any of the meals as you will exceed your daily intake of carbohydrates.

  16. My bell fat cure is eating according to my O+ blood type, exercise and drink 3-4 liters of water a day. This is great. Some things I can’t eat. It works against a natural acidic stomach of 0+ blood types. Congrats to you though.

    Question – I’ve got Jorge’s book but it doesn’t say if something is 0S/0C you can have as much as you want – is that true or not..? There is always a portion size so my guess is “no”, you have to stick to that portion amount even if it is a 0S/0C value.

  21. are artificial sweeteners bad on the belly fat cure? I’ve been drinking them in my coffee everyday when I realized that it might be counterproductive. Is your jello artificially sweetened? If you have any advice, I’d apprec. How is your progress going anyways?

    I stopped the BFC a while ago but it did work!

    Try to use natural sweeteners like stevia and agave nectar…they are much better for you!

  23. Yes it helped… nice clip again. I would do the almond breeze milk though with good cereal. I do stevia sweetener. I didn’t think about the baked beans (which I love but usually need beano for so I don’t stink out my students… ) :)
