Hey Yuri i have a question for i started doing cardio 2 months ago and i lost fat and gained muscle and now i am working on losing a lil bit more fat and getting my abs so my question is this i joind water polo 3 weeks ago and my abs re showing up more and now i not sure whether i should still be doing cardioi or not and i kinda eating healthy? could please answer me back

  13. i am 180cm tall and i weight 85kg,i’m jumping on rope like the boxers and for how long i have to jump on rope a day ?
    now i am doing 30min intense jumping with no rest every day and btw i am 20 years old

  14. after coming australia to study, I was starved for a month in a homestay and then gained 5 kg the next month after moving to another homestay. although I still have some abs, i cannot go back to having very defined abs. I know all the “secrets” everyone mentions for losing fat. I know the how hormones like leptin, testosterone, affect our bodies. I also know the benefits of high intensity interval training. I also know healthy eating but only able to do so in summer break.
