I'm trying to lose a bit of weight. I'm eating healthy and exercising regularly, but I want to take it a step further. Are there any vitamins that will speed up my metabolism? I just want something I could get from a local health food store (i.e. Vitamin E, Omega 3 etc.). I don't want to take any "magic" diet pills.
All B vitamins help the body to convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which is "burned" to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, also help the body metabolize fats and protein. B complex vitamins are necessary for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver. They also help the nervous system function properly.
It is vital to eat well to remain healthy. Acai berry is an awesome super food which keeps you healthy and also has the bonus of assisting you to lose loads of weight. There’s a free trial going on right now at http://ryhebs.myweightlossforyou.info , try it, what’s the worst that could happen?
Well the vitamins I take don’t speed up your metabolism, but they do make me feel good and I notice it is much more difficult for my body to get sick when I am taking them.
Strangely enough I feel more control of my emotions, up beat and such, I guess my body was lacking certain nutrients.
Because of the fact that I feel better I am able to maintain my exercise regimen and I feel even greater when I take the vitamins & work out…
They are not magic pills, they just work. They have a basic vitamin kit and a weight loss kit. The weight loss kit includes an appetite suppresant, the vitamin kit does not.
I have friends who simply take the vitamin kit and they feel great, I myself take the weight loss kit.
My weight loss has been slow but I notice that I’m losing FAT and gaining muscle. I weight train…
I like that the weight loss has been slow because I know in the long run I will be able to maintain it, and more then anything I love the way I feel. I feel strong, in good health and happy.;)
Get your metabolism checked. If it is low, exercises will only help you burn a fraction of your body fats. To enhance your metabolism naturally you can try a diet pill like Phentramin-D. This diet pill contains a blend of ingredients and the chemical compound – Dimethyl-pentylamine-hydrochloride Trimethylxanthin which helps enhance your metabolism. These have been tried and tested clinically to ascertain its effectiveness. It is a safe diet pill on the market. >> http://p.gs/qov7d
