You should try a Pomegranate supplement. It is excellent for skin elasticity and overall appearance. Beware if you use a tanning bed or lay out while you are taking Pomegranate because it can cause the skin to get darker than it normally would, of course some people see this as a plus. Of course eating other fruits and foods high in antioxidants, such as blueberries, is also very good for your skin. In addition to diet, exfoliation, moisturization, and hydration are important to your skin. Drink your required 64oz. of water a day to help hydrate the skin cells.
Vitamin C helps to keep the skin healthy .This is found in citrus fruits ,raw cabbage ,tomatoes .Vitamin E is also good for the skin .( found in nuts ,seeds ,beans ) U must also include food containing vitamin B especially biotin ,zinc ,beta carotene. For skin food u can refer http://healthbeautytips.net/nutrition.htm
