Vitamins. Is there anything in here that I should be concerned about?

40 year old woman, high bad cholesterol, low good cholesteral, about 50 lbs overweight. Partial hysterectomy, peri-menopausal. Slightly elevated sugar levels. Don't eat out much, try to eat somewhat healthy. Plus take Fish Oil. <------- Don't know if any of this matters but wanted to include it.

  1. You need to look this brand up on the web to be sure it is one that is well absorbed by the body. If it isn’t well absorbed it won’t do you much good.

  2. to much of vitamin D in one day will make you have a bad crap

  3. You need to look at a product called Reliv. I take it and it has better content and is quickly absorbed and used by the body unlike most pills. Let me know if you want some info.
