Vitamins for weight gain.?
Here's the story- I've been really skinny since like forever, and my mother always nagged me about buying vitamins for appetite and whatnot. Last week I finally got tired of being a skeleton I agreed.
So she went to the pharmacy today and the pharmacist her two, one is Omega Three, and something that says vitamins for men or somethings.
The Omega 3 one contains:
250mg of EPA
50mg of DHA
30mg of other Omega 3 type fatty acids
2mg Vitamin E
(This one should be taken twice a day after a meal)
The vitamin thing contains:
50mg Vitamin B1
30mg Vitamin B2
60mg Vitamin B3
50mg Vitamin B5
30mg Vitamin B6
30mkg Vitamin B12
200mg Vitamin C
200 IU Vitamin D
50 IU Vitamin E
50mkg Biotin
300mkg Folic Acid
100mg Calcium Citrate
100mg Chromium Picolinat
100mg Copper Gluconate
2mg Iron
1.5mg Mangan
50mg Potassium Iodide
26mkg Selenomethionine
30mg Zinc
(once a day in the morning)
Sooo, will this make me big and strong? :D
Also, should I start exercising when I start taking those?

Vitamins are important, but by themselves you won’t gain weight. You’re missing two key ingredients: Food and (unless you want to gain fat) exercise.
Eat healthy carbs, proteins and fats as part of a balanced diet and start a weight lifting program. To start, in particular if you’ve never done one before, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to get a trainer to help put a program together for you and show you how to lift properly.
