vitamins..?
okay so everyday i take a diet pill , multi vitamins, vitamin e & vitamin c... is that too much ? and if its not to much, what are some other good vitamins i should be taking. oh and please dont say stop taking the diet pill its bad

You have done some nutritional research for sure, as the vitamin supplements you are taking are healthy.
As for what is optimal, this is not easy to answer, there is so much good stuff available, as I’m sure you’ve discovered.
Dr. Linus Pauling, 2-time Nobel Prize winning scientist, took the following supplements daily from the time he became interested in nutrition:
Megadose vitamin C (18 grams–1 gram per pound of his body weight–but research vitamin C if you take more than 2 grams daily), also vitamins A (25,000IU), E (800IU), B-50 or B-100 complex, and a multi vitamin/mineral tablet.
Dr. Pauling felt these vitamin supplements were the minimum for good health, along with eating nutritionally well, staying away from sugar as much as possible, and moderately exercising.

Talk to your doctor! Most women don’t get enough Vit. D and E. And don’t take to much…
