vitamins?????????????????????
I bought 3 vitamins supplements.
They're b12, b complex with vitamin c, and a pill that contains calcium, magnesium, and zinc (3 in 1)
If I swallow all these vitamins supplements at once, will it affect me negatively?
( the brands are sundown naturals and finest.

There’s no problem with taking them all at once as far as a combination goes. However, the B12 might give you a boost of energy (as might the B complex) so you might want to take that in the mornings (pay attention to how many mg’s of B12 you are getting since you will be getting it from two of the vitamins.
I take my Calcium/Mg/Zinc combo at night because the magnesium has more of a relaxation effect. However, if you are going to take a number of them, divide them up during the day because the body can only absorb so much calcium at a time.
PS: most medical doctors don’t know diddly squat about most vitamins. If you do desire to ask someone in the mainstream about vitamins/minerals…ask a nutritionist.

check with your doctor before taking any vitamins, or any combination of vitamins. Also, from personal experience, vitamins ordered from reputable companies, health food stores or GNC are MUCH better than generic brands sold in supermarkets. Also, you need to map out your goals: What exactly are you taking the vitamins for? Why? As a supplement? As an energy booster? To replace a personal vitamin deficiency? As an alternative to a medication or antibiotic? All of these questions will help your doctor answer your questions on what to take and in what combination.

no, there is no problem with taking them all at once. However, you may want to consider a daily multi. you will get a lot more for your money as opposed to buying these individually.
here are some good ones i like:
