   I feel as though it would be best to first check with your pharmacist about vitamins in general them use Google or Yahoo to compare vitamins, prices, etc. Try to stick with a well known brand since it is likely the most reliable and not a fake.

   Your body only digests about half of what is in vitamins. You should just work on eating more fruits and vegs. because there are so many more vitamins in those and your body digest them all! No one can eat all 10 servings of fruits and vegs. so they do have capsules out there that provides all the vitamins your body needs and extra that scientist have not even given unknown vitamins there names yet. Try juice plus. I have taking it for years and I haven’t had to see a doctor in 4 years for flu/cold. If you need to order email me.
