vitamin supplements….?
hi i take vitamins (folic acid, vit a c e, fish oil, etc) they are all in seperate pills and i dont take zinc, but id like to. would it be ok for me to take a centrum multi-vitamin as well as the seperate vitamins i take? if not, why?

It’s okay to take a Multi, and separate vitamins along with it.
