Vitamin E oil from the pill?
I have acne and some scars so I get some vitamin E pills and cut them open,then take the oil and put it on my face.This man told me to put it on 5 times a day and the acne and scars would be completely cleared in three days.I just started doing that today so what I'm really asking is it okay to do that? Even if it's not his acne cleared up,so it must help or something.He had really bad acne and now it's ALL GONE! Do you use the vitamin E oil from pills or do you buy it at the store?And has your face cleared? Please answer people

Vitamin E oil from a capsule is just like from a bottle. You might want to exfoliate your face w/ an at home microderm kit, also, before you put the oil on….it will help to regenerate new skin while the Vit. E oil heals the scars.

that’s what i do. it doesn’t seem to cause any harm so it shouldn’t be a bother. i put it under my eyes to prevent wrinkles for when i get older.
