There is no single vitamin that will increase appetite, but given your overall status, it would be prudent to take a natural source multivitamin. You do not need to eat 3 major meals a day. It’s far more sensible to have 5 much smaller meals throughout the day which keeps your energy level up. This is a much healthier strategy that’s being incorporated into virtually all up to date nutrition plans for people who want optimum health. Your local health food store has meal replacement products that are packed with good proteins, carbs, fats, amino acids, minerals etc. that are often used by health enthusiasts and body builders (who are really into optimum nutrition). But your best source is real food with this as a backup if you just don’t feel like making something.
It’s also a good idea to take a fish oil Omega 3 supplement.
If you want to be really healthy, you need to take charge of your own body.
The best medical advice that you can obtain would be through a natural health practitioner such as a Homeopath or Naturopath who have extensive background training in nutrition.
Conventional family MD’s have no training in nutrition whatsoever (possibly one or two lectures?) Their practise involves referring to specialists and prescribing drugs. It’s not health care, but rather sick care.
A good web. based info. source for nutrition etc. is Mercola.com (the largest in the world, actually).

Do me a favor – don’t go self-medicating.
Being nearly a third of your body weight under weight is a serious medical issue – you need a physical and some blood work at the least. Even if the reason for being so underweight is self-starvation, you need to have a few panels done. Taking vitamins at this point could mask blood work, and cause the results to be misinterpreted. That would be bad.

I am 5 ft and I weigh 97 pounds and TBH that is pushing it, so when I say you are drastically underweight I mean it!
In your situation, I would advise medical management to gain weight. You need to see your Doctor ASAP. You can’t continue like this. He’ll work out an eating plan with you, and most importantly, he will also run some tests to check you are not deficient in any nutrients and vitamins, some are vital to ensure your body functions as it should.
Vitamins are not going to increase appetite. I can empathise with your situation though. I suffer from the same problem, I have very little appetite. However, needs must. Also, my other concern with you with this sort of weight, would be psychological problems such as anorexia and BMD, which need to be excluded too. I’m not saying you have this; like me, some people are just naturally very thin, but your weight right now is quite dangerous. The fact you actually ‘want’ to gain weight is reassuring though
See your GP please. In the meantime, there are build up drinks you can buy, such as Ensure, I have one of those with my breakfast, its’ basically extra calories and nutrients.
Edit: Ignore nosey. See your Doctor without delay.
