VERY personal question. Women only please, unless you are a male doctor. I can't get over my…?

For the last 7 months I have had a HORRIBLE case of BV. Everyone in the room can smell it. I would be in my office and everyone noticed it. That has been this way for 7 months now.

I've been to the doctor numerous times, but the medicines don't work. I've tried pills and I've tried the direct applications.
I am on birth control now too. And I have already taken numerous vitamins like Acidophlus. Currently I'm trying B9 (folic acid), but it's no use!! The smell is still there and I can't bare it...

What are some methods that I should try? This is realy personal, but I know I should avoid sex, but what about masturbation? doe sthat make it worse too?

Please help, please!!!! Thanks for your time!

  1. been their!!! douching (daily for 2 weeks) and using rephresh no masterbating or sex during this time

  2. The vitamins / supplements could be contributing to the smell.
have you seen a ob/gyn instead of a general practitioner?

I did read about how some women – and let me say I HAVE NOT TRIED THIS — have dipped a clean / new tampon in yougurt ( natural, plain) and inserted , a few times per day for at least a few days and they claim it restores all the natural bacteria balances, etc…. don’t know if it works but have heard about this quite alot…..

don’t use any scented things or even bubble bath/etc — it can make things worse

    Good luck

  3. You could always try a vaginal spray or douching. Douch is made with vinager and will kill off any bacteria. The sprays are used to cover up and odor. You may also have a serious case of a yeast infection that just has not shown any sort of signs like itching or burning. Try a yeast infection treatment and see if it helps. I have heard that two antibiotics called metronidazole and clindamycin can be used to cure this problem up. If you can get to a doctor and try a prescription of them it may help the problem. Masturbation can hurt the problem, but I do nto see why it could hurt. It should not make the problem any worse.

  4. you should try massingill dushe with vinegar of they have the flowers fragrance they have a spray to fenamine deodrant to kill odorshope this helps melissa
