Vegatarian and Vitamins?
Plz tell me if this multi vitamin is good for me.
i dont eat meat, chicken or fish.
I do eat eggs maybe 3 times a week, and milk.
I bought a multi vitamin yesterday, is the intake good, to less or to much?
vitamin A - 5000 IU
B1 - 1.5mg
B2 - 2mg
Niacinamide - 20mg
B6 - 2mg
B12 - 6mcg
folic acid - 0.1 mg
C - 60mg
D - 400 IU
E - 10IU
Iron - 4mg

I have these other vitamins also which is a "Hi Potency B50 Complex" should I take these along with my multi vitamin?

b3-50mg
b6-50mg
b12-50mcg
biotin-50mcg
folic acid-1000mcg
pantothenic acid - 50mg
choline bitartrate-50mg
inositol - 50mg
i was also thinking of taking extra vitamin c

You have to consult your doctor because hypervitaminosis is the result of too much vitamins in the body and this isn’t really a good effect which you get from your daily taking of multi-vitamins.
