Urine NOT changing color?
My urine is NOT changing color when I take multi vitamins. I know in the past it has which is normal, but it doesn't now. I take a Women's one a day, a VB12 sup, an iron sup, and a folic acid sup. Still, no urine change. Does that mean my body is craving all that and needs it (so it's not getting rid of it in the urine?)

what you used to see isn’t the vitamins but the biproduct and dies used. It may have alot to do with how nuch fluid your intaking, the more dilute(the more intake) the kighter your urine.
