  7. These types of stretches are very importent to me because I have fibromyalgia and osteo-arthritis and I can do these types of stretches easily without fear of making things worse for me. Great Video!

  14. I have arthritis moving in the morning is sometimes kinda achie and slow. I did this to help with circulation =) feeling good……and off to work. thanks

  15. been following all of nicoles videos for nearly three weeks.. i’m already seeing results.. along with better diet i’m getting fitter stronger and believe it or not getting a little 4 pack…. (6 pack may take a little longer)

  19. What do you mean it hurts You must do it correctly is fine if you hear your bones a little but i don’t think it supposed to hurt @claudiacloclo1
