thats a brutal triceps workout
a better and a faster triceps is to do skull crushers supersetted with close grip triceps press

@khehl That sounds good, but this workout is specifically designed to strengthen and balance your triceps. Using a bar can lead to your stronger arm compensating. CK.

These would be isolation type exercise I am thinking–and I have been using the first variation. What would you recommend for more of a power or mass building exercise for triceps? One I know and use would be for example a close grip bench press. Can you recommend any others like that ? I am limited to using free weights and bench.

@DiGiTaLdAzEDM Free weights are the best! You could do close-grip and underhand grip bench… But the best way to build powerful triceps is with compound movements for the pecs and shoulders, like bench and military press. CK.

Very interesting variations of triceps exercises. I was only familiar with the seated overhead triceps ext, but the incline and flat bench triceps ext looks great. I will definitely use these in my routine from now on. Thanks for sharing!! Oh, and I simply love the dips too.
