  1. Ever organic soy? I never seem to get the final word on this. Some people say it’s not bad. Haven’t the Chinese been eating soy forever? It’s really hard to tell these days who to trust with information, really.

  2. Yes, fermented soy is good tho…like soy sauce because anything harmful is destroyed in fermentation. No actually the chinese only really ate it in times of famine when it’s all that there was. Also in japan they eat it with fish because protein with it somehow lessens any damaging effects. New western inventions like soy milk (well they did used to have it before but it was different) are reallly bad.
Do you wnat me to send you a sight with good info?:)

  3. Yes, please. Either comment on my channel or send me a link privately, please. Thanks!

  10. People usually think only of the foods they eat and not what they drink…… but one of the most acidic things you can consume is diet soda…. sugar substitutes are the most acid forming thing….. you also want to drink water that has had the chlorine removed…. chlorine is acid forming. Good information here…. thanks for sharing.

  11. 70% of the Earth is water, 70% of humans is water. We’re just walking sacks of Mother Earth.

  15. When I went across to Glorietta to buy supplies for Mama, and I had the chance to
sample wheatgrass at a supermarket stand where they were giving samples to shoppers to try. I liked the one sweetened by honey. I really did, I was looking for something to watch on youtube regarding wheatgrass, and I stumbled upon this,
which you may already have seen. It’s fascinating watch.

  16. Thanks for sharing, Ken.

  17. Hilarious – my whole main is listed on the “Do not eat or Limit” list. no wonder I always feel like shit.
But his diet seems impossible to follow.

  18. Seeing this video I would conclude that I am already following this diet.. except for the milk part .. I am not sure I can live without milk.. I drink about a liter a day!

  20. Do you have to eat some acidic food? Isn’t it optimal to go 100% alkaline?

  21. Eliminate or limit mushrooms and algae? Really?

  22. I thought cashews were alkaline. I’ve seen some charts with cashews as alkaline. Are they?

  23. It’s quite surprising that every chart is different to some degree, I mean I’ve seen charts, where Brazil nuts are listed as acid forming, same with blueberry and others. Lets me think that nobody actually knows for sure

  24. how the heck are you supposed to stop eating all types off bread, you cant eat brown rice 20 times a week, he tells you to eat things that normal people cant get, be realistic mate dont live in a dream world, how can you not dribk MILK!

  25. I am striving toward the alkaline diet but I really like my non-fat milk…is that bad for me too?
