  20. I love your workout videos and made a promise that I would do this workout 5 times a week – i’m trying to tone my lower abdominal muscles. I was wondering when would I start to see my stomach tone a bit more? Keep making videos :) xxx

  21. @OhSoLottie The lower abdominal region is where so many women carry extra weight. The truth is that you’ll probably feel them getting toned within 6 weeks with the right exercises, but the fat only comes off with proper diet. Try to eat as clean as possible… lots of raw fruits & vegetables, nuts & seeds, with limited animal proteins. Good luck! xo
