@moe2744 I have never done any drugs except weed. you want to believe that i am on roids but because it makes you feel better about your inferiority. I am only 180 pounds at 6’2, nobody needs roids for that. If you follow the plan that i lay out (instead of talking shit) you will get the results your looking for… naturally

Nice form. What are the support straps you use for the chin-up bar called? Could you tell me where to get them? Just not sure what to ask for at my local sports store. i tried to describe them to the clerk but she looked at me like I was high or something. Couldn’t find them on eBay either.

@skaterboy2215 you can work on abs everyday to get a strong core.. but as soon as they feel really sore like you can’t do many the next day.. let them fully rest.. but for your other muscle parts.. best to work them once a week.. so the fully get the chance to grow and recover well.. i work one to two muscle parts a day.. like chest.. mon then back shoulders tues.. biceps triceps weds. the forearms and upper legs then last day lower or upper legs. ..cardio 5 days aweek after 3hours ++ diet well
