For eg, kickboxing, jogging & swimming. Objective of cardio? It strengthens the heart. It strengthens the lungs and increases lung capacity. It boosts the metabolism, burns calories, and helps you lose weight. It helps reduce stress. It increases energy. It promotes restful sleep. Make sure that only the forearms are moving during the workout. What is triceps? Tricep is a large muscle located on the back of the upper arm. Objective of triceps? To extend the arm To bring the arm down towards the body For a tricep workout, one can perform a tricep extension using a barbell. some of the worst form and technique i have ever witnessed. if you want gains and tone slow down all the movements and get a full range of movement in the chosen exercise.

@mattbede You are right except for the part about the slowing of all movements. Some times if you are working out to gain strength as an explosive athlete it is better to do quick reps, while doing the full extension.

@Faustesh yeah but this video clearly says top ten body toning exercises. Had it said strength/power then fast low rep exercises would have been fine!
