Too much Vitamin B12?

I'm a vegan who started taking B12 pills some time ago. Even though I drink fortified soy milk and eat fortified cereals, I figured I'd take a supplement to "top up"

Recently, I wanted to switch to taking an entire B complex supplement. I bought a 100 pill bottle of B-complex- in it, it provides 100% daily dose of B-12 (6mcg).

The thing is, I still have two bottles of B-12 lying around, one providing 100mcg a pill and the other bottle provides even more. I don't want to waste these two bottles of B-12, so my question is, is it safe to take 1 B-complex pill and on B12 pill a day? I know B vitamin is water soluable, but I also know that extra B12 is stored in your liver. Just double checking what the effects/ or waste would be by taking these two supplments each day.
I love how only the first two people actually answered my question, and the rest talked about other stuff. Thanks guys!

  1. i knoo how much you want to b a vegan i was once one to but now im just a vegitarian. you need to drink milk & eat cheese and all those products cuz you need it in your body. to grow & be healthy. you may think that way is teh way to go, but its not a healthy choice, everyone i kno who chose to be a vegan changed there mind cuz they new it was wrong , cuz theres things we need to help us grow, so i suggest not to be one no more, so you can be healthy, n jus be a vegitarian. alright hope i could help, hope all goes well, goodluck.

  2. you use what you need and put out the rest, you can’t die from it, and won’t benefit from the amount that goes over the RDA

  3. whatever your body doesn’t use out of the B-complex, leaves your body through urine

  4. take the answer from your doctor man this question shouldnt be asked here
