Awesome! Great song. You play the guitar like no other I’ve seen. Good thing your gout is not on your knuckles. (Yeah…I’ve been getting gout attacks since I was 8 yrs old. I’m 37 now.)

people must never doubt the Gout! im 27 and as i lie hear looking for a quick fix for gout, i tell ya this IT HURTS BAD. I’d rather take a kick in the nads. The song made me smile tho, so thats a point to the sufferers. unfortunatly gouts winning by 398007787643330224 points. I hope never get it again buddy,

Thank you from a fellow sufferer. There is so much truth in this song – only a sufferer could have written this. I hate gout. I love the blues! I will have to play this again if I get another attack – it will lift my spirit. Oh but how am I ever going to listen to Cocain ever again!

Hilarious! Man gout sucks eh? Here’s a cheap, simple, quick cure: Apple cider vinegar taken orally (I don’t recommend soaking your ‘gout infested’ toe in it though…I did, and man that smarts!
