Through out the day I take 9 500mg Vitamin C, 2 B-Complex, 3 omega-3, 1 multivitamin, 1 Jarro-Dophilus + FOS, and a load of Insure Immune Support. I was directed to take this amount due to my Chronic Epstein Barr Virus.
What are so ways to take the vitamins so my body is more likely to absorb most of it?
Digestive enzymes!!!!!!! and multiple probiotics(does Jarrow Dophilus have several different probiotics in it? That is all you need besides drinking lots of water. Go to a reputable supplement store and tell them what you need these items for and they will help you pick the right one.
Well, I think it’s best to get your vitamins in liquid form, and especially through natural healthy foods, when you can.
But of course, you’re trying to do more than that…
Lots of water in the body helps the blood’s pH balance stay regular, and that means the cell’s molecular structure will work better for you.
Avoid caffeine as much as possible. It changes the body chemistry, and vitamins are not absorbed the same.
There are certain nutrients, like iron and calcium, that you can’t take with other nutrients or they cancel out. I’m not sure which ones are which, but you can look those two up and see.
