I'm obese, i'm trying to lose weight...desperetley...
I'm doing 100+ situps a day.. i know they dont do shit...but, what the hell..why not?
i've been walking 30 minutes to an hour.....everyday? depends on how much homework i have.
But i'm trying to eat as little as possible.
Instant breakfast, for breakfast.( it's a drink with a bunch of vitamins)
i usually don't eat lunch.
And for dinner..i have no idea, could be bad. could be good?
i'm just not hungry during lunch..
TRUST ME! the last thing i would do is quit eating, I love food, how do you think i got this fat..

Hi,
I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then.
A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I’ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I haven’t seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan.
Our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. With the knowledge you not only reduce your weight but able to maintain an ideal weight and living a healthy life. The weight loss program has proven to be effective in the short and long-term, without need to endure starvation and without any daily athletic workout. (But taking a light exercise every few days is highly recommended). In contrast to diet pills regime where you need to buy it on a regular basis and you will gain more weight when you stop taking it.

Don’t try to starve yourself by skipping meals. You will probably end up gaining more weight that way.
Continue to do what you’re doing exersize wise, and just eat healthier. Try to eat more fruits and veggies and drink water instead of soda.

Scarcely eating is not a good way to lose weight. Sure you may drop some pounds but you will gain it all back once you stop your diet. What you need is a lifestyle change. I have lost 54 pounds on weight watchers and believe it or not have enjoyed things like dominos pizza while doing it. Not eating is not healthy, you need to rethink your approach. Starving your body will change the way it breaks down food and could cause you to actually hold on to fat, thinking it will be deprived.

Really, the biggest thing you can do is maintain a healthy diet. Not eating is not the best route to take, you should eat several small meals throughout the day to maintain a high metabolic rate. Not eating causes your metabolism to slow, drastically slowing down weight loss and having a negative effect on your health if maintained in such a fashion.
Dietitians often suggest eating 4-5 small meals throughout the day, consisting of healthy snack foods (fruit, yogurt, etc.)
In addition to maintaining a healthy diet, exercise can catalyze the weight loss process if used properly. Focus on doing cardiovascular activities, strength building exercises won’t help as much with flat weight loss, they may actually cause a weight gain in muscle mass. Cardiovascular activities include walking, running, biking, and the like.
Good luck!
