    /N

  5. Thank you so much! I hope it’s ok I’m going to share this with my patients too.

  6. It´s a beautiful japanese therapy. It´s called Ito-Thermie.

  7. My doctor/acupuncturist suggested that I use this on the headache point on the “webbed” portion between the thumb and index finger. Because this is just one point how long should i apply the tiger warmer and how long should i wait before pressing it down again. I can wait until I see her again but it is a couple of weeks away from my next appointment and I was hoping to get a quicker answer. (calling in to ask is difficult)

  8. It is best to ask your acupuncturist.

In general, use the tiger warmer device to the area prescribed by your acupuncturist. It should never be uncomfortable or feel like it is to hot. If so remove the cover and let it cool down before resuming. Once you have warmed up the prescribed area with gentle and repeated kneading as done in the video you can stop or move to another area.
